LAT Research is a privately owned full service Contract Research Organization (CRO)
LAT was founded in 2010 to conduct the first full scale Clinical Trial on Chagas Disease for pediatric population. We operate in Latin American countries and have vast experience in Pharmacology, Toxicology, Medical Writing and Quality Assurance.
Since our foundation we have been involved in more than 50 studies and have worked with
multiple Indications such as Infectology, Neurology, Rare Diseases and Oncology among others.
LAT is the premier organization when conducting studies on Neglected Diseases, with have a longstanding relation with Local and International Scientific Leadership and a network of research sites, which are key for success.

Leylén Colmegna
MD, CEO
CEO and Founder of LAT Research. She is a Physician specialized in Pharmaceutical Medicine, with more than 20 years of experience in Clinical Research.
Having worked at Investigative Site, and then switching the Pharma/CRO Industry, she possesses a full spectrum outlook on work and business needs.
She is responsible for the Leadership of local management teams across all Operational Units.
Pablo Di Blasi
CPA, CFO
CFO and Founder of the Company. He is a Corporate Accountant with more than 25 years of experience, with 12 year of expirience as Accountant in Clinical Research. He is responsible for the core business and is a liaison between LAT’s partners and Clients.
He is responsible for Administration, Finance, Procurement, Human Resources and Business.
